Jes has 10+ years managing and leading arts programs for individuals with disabilities. She joined COMPAS in 2023 after having been a site partner, contracting with COMPAS to coordinate art programming. She is responsible for program development and implementation as well as the strategic direction of the COMPAS Access Arts and Artful Aging programs, providing diverse artistic experiences through captivating performances, interactive workshops, and immersive residencies with aging and disability communities, shelters, and more. Jes works to enhance and maintain a broad and responsive teaching artist roster, manages the program infrastructure and fosters site partner collaborations.
