Dawne Brown White

As Executive Director, Dawne Brown White is responsible for executing COMPAS’ strategic plan, leading finance, operations and development at COMPAS, carrying out board policy, and representing COMPAS to the public. Dawne joined COMPAS in June, 2013 and previously she served in a variety of development and communications roles at the Girls Scouts River Valleys, the University of Minnesota, and the Ronald McDonald House Upper Midwest. She also started a nonprofit to deliver free dental care for low-income kids. She holds a B.S. in Human Resource Development (CEHD) from the University of Minnesota and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Alberta.
