Brittany Keefe

Arts Program Manager (Youth) • She/Her

Brittany Keefe brings a lifelong dedication to the transformative power of creative experiences and movement to her role as Youth Program Manager. Before joining the staff, she served on the COMPAS board of directors and its Marketing Communications and Human Resources Committees.

Brittany’s background blends performance, arts administration, and education. Previously, she served as the Marketing and Communications Director at Young Dance and School Director for the Rockford Dance Company. As a professional dancer, Brittany performed with renowned companies, including the James Sewell Ballet, Minnesota Dance Theatre, Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre, and Ballet Memphis.

Brittany recently earned her Master’s in Arts and Cultural Leadership from the University of Minnesota. She is passionate about ensuring access to creative experiences for people of all ages and abilities. She continues to teach an All Abilities Dancing class at Young Dance and runs a home-based GYROTONIC® studio called My Spiral Motion. Brittany spends her free time with her family and their dog, Hazel.
