Join COMPAS on Thursday, December 18, from 6-8 pm, for live music and Spoken Word by T. Mychael RamboTerrell X, and host Frank Sentwali, along with in-person art-making with Heidi Jeub. AND, KRSM radio personality DJ Biig Miic will be our house DJ for the evening!

An Evening to Honor Those Who Teach and Inspire

We’re celebrating Minnesota’s amazing educators, the people who fuel the minds, bodies, and spirits of our state, with special reduced pricing for tickets purchased in advance:

  • $5 for individuals
  • $25 for groups of six or more

But this celebration is for everyone. Whether you’re an educator, a friend, a parent, or simply someone who values creativity and community, you’re warmly invited to join us. That’s why no one who purchases their ticket in advance will pay more than $10 for an individual ticket. (Tickets purchased at the door will be $15 for an individual ticket.)

  • Headline performances by acclaimed artists (and COMPAS Teaching Artists!) T. Mychael Rambo, Terrell X, and Frank Sentwali, blending music and Spoken Word, along with live art-creation by fellow artist and TA Heidi Jeub. Fellow COMPAS roster artist DJ Biig Miic will also be on-hand, spinning beats to keep the energy flowing from start to finish.

  • Educators – $5 individual / $25 group of six or more
  • Everyone else – $10 (if purchased in advance)
  • Tickets purchased at the door – $15 for individual
    (All tickets include performances, food, beverages, and art-making.)
  • This is a 21+ event.
