Amy Lucas

Secretary

Amy deeply cares about the built environment in Minnesota and the Twin Cities.  A transplant from Kentucky, she co-owns a firm that provides cultural resource consulting services to not only communities, but planning agencies, museums, architecture firms, real estate developers and institutional clients. She has experience in writing environmental impact and compliance studies, master plans and National Register nominations. Prior to becoming a small business owner, Amy was a Senior City Planner for the City of Minneapolis. She graduated from both Columbia University and Byrn Mawr College and is married with two college-aged daughters. Amy is passionate about the arts being for everyone and has been instrumental in creating art access programs for underserved youth as one of her many volunteer activities.
