What do children see as they walk around their city and look at the architecture? “It was really hard to make. It started out as a tiger but then I put it back to a ball and then I turned it into a snow leopard with a wider face. I was surprised it turned out good. This is my first time working with clay…except for play dough. I made decisions about the lines on the face-- I wanted a furry kind but I did lines like a tiger.” You can visit! The Gargloye Project: Discovering The City at Saint Paul City Hall now throught October 29th, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Their display is part The Hundred Languages of Children, an exhibit of children’s projects across the globe.
