UPDATE
We are pleased to announce that COMPAS has received a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) of $33,500 for the ArtsWork Program expansion and $50,000 from the Hearst Foundation for the Writers & Artists in the Schools expansion aspect of the Points Forward campaign.
We have now raised almost $990,000 towards our $1.2 million goal, and remain on track to complete our fundraising efforts later this summer. If you would like more information, please contact Lynne Beck (651-292-4313, lynne@compas.org).

Community Art Program
Deadline: May 25, 2007
The mission of the Community Art Program is to encourage the use of meaningful, quality arts to build community. The program's objectives are to fund projects and programs in Minneapolis and St. Paul that demonstrate community-driven planning and implementation, and to make funds accessible to communities facing inequality of economic resources, and under-representation in the arts. Made possible by a grant from the McKnight Foundation.
Maximum grant award: $4,000
