COMPAS (Community Programs in the Arts) News. COMPAS provides award-winning arts education programs throughout Minnesota. Professional teaching artists lead students, youth, older adults and other community members in art-making experiences through programs including: Creative Classroom, Creative Community, Artful Aging, Arts in Healthcare, and ArtsWork a youth employment program.
"No matter what stage you are in life, there are always people pushing past expectations or doubts and fighting to make their dreams happen. Diversity is key in helping you realize what makes you individual, and what you have to offer. You might have to face a fear of standing in front of an audience of 100 people and introducing a piece of original music. You never know, but it's best to keep your eyes open and go seek."
