COMPAS Announces New Board Members
Saint Paul, MN (April 27, 2016) – COMPAS is proud to announce the addition of two new members to its Board of Directors, Mary Sennes and Jeff Goldenberg. Mary and Jeff join fifteen other members of the Minnesota community on the COMPAS Board of Directors.
Mary Sennes is a partner in Barnes & Thornburg LLP’s Minneapolis office where she practices in the firm’s Corporate Department. She has a background in the agriculture, food and renewable energy industries. Mary is a graduate of the William Mitchell College of Law and the University of Notre Dame.
Jeff Goldenberg is a founder of Press Gold Group of Minnetonka, which provides workforce management solutions to organizations across the Midwest. A graduate of the Chicago Booth School of Business, Jeff has served on the boards of African American Family Services and Touchstone Theatre, and has volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters and the American Refugee Committee.

COMPAS uses the arts to unleash the creativity within all of us, so that we can create better lives and better communities. The staff and 100+ artists on its roster are experienced innovators in creative, art-filled learning and have been cited for excellence by the Presidential Committee on the Arts and Humanities, the MN Dept of Education, the NEA and others. Programs are held at schools, libraries, hospitals, shelters and other community centers. Artists hail from over 40 different cultural backgrounds and engage people in award-winning art-creation experiences in a variety of literary, musical, visual and performing art genres.
