"Ross is so wonderful with the students. He takes the time to show each student that he cares and enjoys working with them. It is amazing to see what talents he brings out of these students in such a short time period. The students love working with Ross and look forward to their time with him each day." -- Ms. Novacek, Tri-County School
"I would certainly have Mr. Sutter back in my classroom. He did a great job communicating with the children and showed great patience with them. They enjoyed him very much and looked forward to his arrival each day." -- Ms. Goodwin, Meadowview Elementary
Ross Sutter sings songs of Northern Europe: Sweden, Ireland, England, Scotland, and Germany. He plays the guitar, button accordion, concertina, dulcimer, and Irish goat-skinned drum. His specialty is ballads—songs that tell a story—and songs about emigration to America. In addition, Ross can teach song games and folk dances as well as instrument-building workshops on making limberjacks and simple dulcimers.
